Chicken Parisienne

Mom’s are always the best cook’s. I got this one from mine!

  • preheat over to 375 degrees
  • skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (as many as needed)
  • season chicken
  • brown chicken
  • bake, uncovered, for 25 min
  • flip, add sauce, cook additional 10 min

Sauce:

  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 lg container of sour cream (Light sour cream is fine)
  • mix well

Serve over long grain wild rice
